Our 4130 streamline tubing is domestic material.

I am assuming the dimensions in the first 2 columns are Outside (OD), is this correct?

Yes, The major dimension is measured at the widest point with the tube laying flat. The minor dimension is the widest point with the tube resting on its narrow edge.

Is the 4130 streamline tubing sold per ft or inch?

This tubing is sold per foot. Please enter the foot length of each piece in a whole number in the Length column, then add the quantity desired of that length to the Buy column. Max length is 12 foot.
