For 14-200: Size 3/4" w x 1-3/16" h x 1" d. It is positive click. 20 amps DC. Yes, it is a DC rated switch.

Do they only come with black rockers?

Yes, the double pole switches only come in black. The single pole switches come in colored illuminated models as well as black.

What is the dimension of the cutout in the panel required to install these?

Panel cut out is 1.07" X .878".

Can they be engraved?

We do not offer an engraving service. We are not sure if they can be engraved once you receive them, but we don't see a reason why they can't be.
