Do these replace as OEM and if not, do they come with a log entry for approved PMA/etc? Cessna 172 M (1975)

There fairings are replacements for Cessna part numbers 1741005-239 and 1741005-240. They both have FAA-PMA approval. So would just need a log book entry.
