Is this control teflon lined?

Per the Alcor website, yes, this is Teflon lined.

For what aircraft models / SN is this approved?

This unit is FAA/PMA'd, but does not have an STC with specific aircraft application information. It has a solid wire end which can be trimmed to size. A 337 field approval my be required using this to replace OEM cables. 8130 forms can be provided.

Can this cable be shortened in the field?

Yes, it can be shortened to the desired length.

What size hole is required in the panel to accommodate this control?

The control has 3/4-16 threads going thru the panel. A .765"(+/-.005") hole will need to be drilled in the panel, per the installation instructions.
