These gauges are not temperature compensated; changes in ambient temperature will affect their readings. Unlike our MICRO-1000 gauges, they do require shock mounting. All gauges come with a one-year warranty which covers any malfunction. Includes 14mm probe with 4-ft. leads. Gauge leads may be extended with 18-gauge wire.

What EGT and CHT probes come with your PN 10-01403 - 2 1/4 Falcon combination EGT & CHT gauge?

Part number 10-01403 comes with a 14mm CHT probe and a clamp style EGT probe.

Can this Falcon CHT/EGT combo gauge be used in certified aircraft?

No, Falcon instruments can only be used on experimental aircraft. They are not FAA approved.

Does the gauge have illumination? Also, is any power source needed for it to function?

The gauge is not internally lit. No the probes will give the gauge it's indication, separate power not required.

Can this gauge be used with a single cylinder engine? And what parts are needed to shock mount it? Thanks!

Yes, as this is will only have one probe for each function. This is installed in a 2-1/4 inch hole with instrument screws. the size is dependent on the thickness of your panel.
