What is the aluminium grade for this unheated L-shaped pitot tube? Part # 15135

This pitot tube is made of 6061T6 aluminum.

The length on the long side with the flange is 9-34" total. The length after the 90* turn is 4-1/2". OD of the flange is approximately 1/2" and the flange sits 4-3/8" from the top of the tube.

What are the measurements from base to bend and bend to the tip? Is the flange base attached to the shaft or can it be adjusted?
