The Flightcom 403MC comes with dual GA jacks. You can purchase helicopter jacks separately and wire them instead of dual GA.

Per Flightcom: The max cabin temperature during operation is 130F, the min temp is 32F.

Can the Flightcom 403MC panel intercom be used with Icom A14 handheld radio and if so what adapter would need to connect it?

No, you will need a portable intercom such as part number 11-08700. You will also need the headset adapter part number 11-18537.

Is a form 337 required to install the Flightcom 403MC intercom?

This unit is designed for experimental aircraft, in which a 337 is not required. It cannot be installed in certified aircraft.

Can this be wired up as a two place by simply not installing two sets of jacks or is the 403lsa a better option?

This can be wired as a single, dual, three or four place aircraft. Max is 4 place.

So im new to this, this unit can handle four headsets but only three of them can have mic for communication?
