Constructed of the highest quality imported 4.1 oz. Dacron fabric, these sails are guaranteed to meet or exceed the original manufacturers specifications for fit and fabric strength. All corners and stress points are double reinforced for extra long life. Where needed Velcro seams and closing fasteners are included to match the original design. All seams are double zigzag sewn so all joints exceed the strength of the surrounding fabric. Metal fasteners are nickel plated to guard against corrosion. All these features means your aircraft should look and fly like new. Available in 13 popular colors,(see Dacron Fabric Section for color samples) we can custom create direct replacements or create an all new high visibility look for your particular aircraft. If you do not see your particular aircraft listed, call or send drawing for custom quotations. Delivery times vary by season. Delivery times subject to color availability. If there are special modifications like extra rib pockets, Velcro or buckle closures, etc. that may or may not be custom, please specify when ordering. Please dont assume anything, it is our experience that some designs while listed as the make and model, may have been manufactured in several versions. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide CPS with the proper make and model, sew pattern, color scheme, and special modification in writing. CPS cannot be held responsible for verbal or other non-documented requests. CPS can only guarantee what you request in writing. We strive to produce exactly what you need right the first time. Please help us do so by being explicit and well documented. Custom made sails are non-returnable. A 50% deposit may be required to secure custom orders.
