Lord Engine Mount Application Guide (PDF)

These compression type couplings consist of bonded rubber joints pressed into the sockets of metal hubs. These dynafocal engine suspensions provide proper flexible support to isolate engine vibrations and reduce noise transmission to airframe structure in all aircraft applications. Careful design assures maximum strength to hold the engine under ultimate load and emergency conditions. Suspensions also distribute loads in most desirable patterns, control engine motions, accommodate thermal expansion and manufacturers’ tolerances.

Do you sell the hardware used with Lord mounts?

Yes. We do carry the hardware you would need for these Lord Mounts. However, the specific part numbers you would need would depend on your aircraft application.

I have a Bonanza and need J-3804-26 mounts, do I need to purchase 4 or is this a set of 4?

P/N# 11-04206 would just be one engine mount. So, yes would need to purchase a quantity of four.

PN J-2245-1 // 08-03708, has this one the bushing sleeve inside?

It does not, it is only one half of the mount.

o-470-11 has 4 engine mounts how many J2245-1 i need to order, 4 or 8? this PN need the bushing sleeve inside?

You would need qty 8 for your engine. These do not have a bushing sleeve included.

Do these come with a Cert of Conformity from the Lord, or does the package display the necessary info? eg PN, SN, etc

Each package contains the following information: Part #, PO #, FAA/PMA, Cure Date, Batch #. Lord C of Cs can be furnished upon request at time of order.

Do these mounts come with the tabbed lock washer for safety wiring the mounting bolt?

The tabbed washer is not included with these isolators.
