Do both 3/8" and 1/2" inch diameter counter sinks fit in the micro-stop?

Per the supplier: Yes, 12-00879 would be the correct size cutter for 3/8" and 1/2".

Can I use these Micro-Stop countersinks with 4130 steel?

Per the supplier: yes, it can work on 4130 steel, but it will wear out the cutter a bit more than what it is designed for (aluminum). We also suggest to use some type of lubricant for the 4130.

How do these products work with lexan?

These are designed for aluminum. They might work with lexan but we recommend trying it on scrap first to may sure.
