Are the Azusa 15 600-6 tires actually 4 ply or just rated 4 ply? I don't know if it really makes a difference but have been told it does. Thanks, Tom

This is a 4 ply tire that is rated as 4 ply. It does not make a difference.

Do all of these kits have tubes with a 90 degree angle valve?

Yes, all the tubes included in these kits will have 90 degree valve stems.
