What are the dimensions for the Redbird Table for TD and TD2 part number 13-15860?

Per Redbird, the Redbird Table for TD and TD2 is 47 inches by 24 inches.

I understand that the Redbird Table Top is 47 wide and 24 inches deep. But what are the width and depth dimensions of the lower base of the frame? Can the Table be used with the Jay?

On the ground, the dimensions are 44" across and 36" deep. The table can be used with the Jay.

Does the Redbird table for TD require assembly? Also, how thick is the table top?

Yes. The Redbird table part # 13-15860 does requires assembly. Thickness of the table is 1-1/2inches
