V&S 581 Foam & Fabric Spray Adhesive is specially formulated for bonding flexible urethane or latex foams to themselves or most other material (wood, metal, paper, corrugated, fabrics, etc.) Produces bonds with foam-tearing strength.

FOAM TEARING STRENGTH
SOFT, NON-DIMPLING GLUE LINES: The Glue lines on bonded cushions are soft and undetectable.
GOOD TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE: Bonds are maintained even after extended exposure to heat during shipping and direct sunlight.
HIGH STRENGTH: Maintains excellent bond strength during high shear and high peel applications.

Is the V&S Foam and Fabric Adhesive good for PVC foam?

It should work fine with PVC foam, but use with caution with any polystyrene foam.
