I would to know if is possible to have sender of 5/8-18 (for Continental engine) and if there is also VDO gauge 0-250F (2 dia)

Yes, the sender is part number 10-01091 and you will need adapter 07-01999. The VDO gauge does not come in 0-250 degrees.
