What is the difference between the Garmin GTN625 and the Garmin GTN 650?

The GTN 625 has GPS only. The GTN 650 is a Nav/Com and GPS.

Can the GTN 625 be coupled with the G5 HSI and nav/com radio?

Yes the G5 can connect to the GTN 625 for its GPS source. This must be done through the GAD 29B.

Is a GPS WAAS antanna included?

Yes the GA 35 antenna is included with the GTN 625.
