Does poly fiber make a medium fabric that is not certified? Or is there anything else in medium weight that works well on experimental tube and fabric wings?

Take a look at the Dacron fabric we have available P/N# 09-00300. This would be similar to the poly fiber fabric as they are both polyester fabrics with a similar shrink rate.
