How do the Flap Hinge Fairings get installed? Do they came with special screws?

The flap hinge fairings are installed using pop rivets that are supplied with the hinge fairings. Any common pop-rivet tool will install them.

Are these parts STC approved?

Yes. They are STC'd and they are included with the kits.
