3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Activator 3989 is an aerosol general-purpose surface activator that cures anaerobic adhesives on inactive surfaces or cold surfaces. For normal active surfaces, Scotch-Weld™ Activator 3989 accelerates the cure significantly.
