How can you apply this and does it need to be diluted?

You apply it with a trigger spray bottle directly to the paint and buff it off with a microfiber towel. It also works really well as a drying aid. When the paint is wet, spray a little on the wet surface and wipe it off with a drying towel. It reduces streaking and leaves a nice shine.
