Do these include the ring?

No, this does not come with the ring. You can purchase this using Part # 09-19200.

One review says these dont fit your inspection rings (P/N 09-19200). The ID of the rings is listed as 3-1/2 but the OD of the recessed area on this plate is listed as 3-3/4, so it sounds like theyre not compatible. Are one of the product descriptions incorrect, or do these plates not fit your rings?
