Вопросы и ответы
Can you give me the DC output of this unit? (part: 11-05086)

This unit 11-05086 has a 20 Amp DC Output.

Does this unit operate with 240 volts?

It is 100-240 VAC 50/60Hz.

Some newer 28VDC aircraft have GPU input monitor circuits, that do not allow more than a 2 VDC deviation above/below 27.5 VDC. Will this unit not be suitable for these applications, then? Problemic aircraft include Beech C90B series with their triple-fed buss systems, and also the Pilatus PC-12/45 series are vulnerable as well.

Per the vendor: "The 11-05086 is current limited @ 28.8 VDC which is within the deviation you reference, it should be suitable."

When plugged into the external power receptacle on my 172N, will it charge the battery as well as power the electrical system as the ad copy indicates, or is that only for some airplanes and not others?

Per the supplier: should charge as well in the absence of a load draw.

How long is the cable with the connector attached? Regarding the 24V Power Supply with Cessna Plug

The length of the cable from the charger to the end of the receptacle is approximately 9-1/2 feet.

Is the DC power filtered to eliminate output noise or hum to protect avionics?

Per the supplier: Because this unit requires a battery to be in the circuit it (the battery) acts as a filter capacitor for the DC.

Is the charging unit itself a Schauer JAC2024H on this 24 VOLT PORTABLE POWER SUPPLY WITH CESSNA PLUG (part # 11-05086)?

Yes, the charger included with this kit is a Schauer model JAC2024H.

Does the 24 VOLT PORTABLE POWER SUPPLY WITH CESSNA PLUG (part # 11-05086) come supplied with a cord to connect to the 240v ac power source, if so, is it a 2 pin US style And what cord length?

This comes equipped with a detachable AC cord that is 6ft. long. It connects into the charger with an IEC C13 style plug and has a North American grounded 3 prong style plug for the wall outlet. You would need to supply your own 240AV plug with an IEC C13 plug for the charger.

What is the function of the equalizer?

Part # 11-05086 is a power supply to power the aircraft avionics on ground so the aircraft battery is not used/drained.

It says Cessna Style 3 Pin Plug. Are there different plugs available for other planes or is this plug compatible with other makes? Specifically I have a 1982 B55 Baron.

The Cessna style 3-pin plug is commonly used with other aircraft manufacturers, such as Beechcraft, so it should work fine with your Baron.

I have a 2011 Cessna T182T. Does the unit provide trickle current to maintain or charge battery through 3-prong connector? If so, does Master switch have to be on or Off?

Yes, this can be used to float charge your battery by using the included battery clips. The master switch can be in the off position for float charging.

Will this plug work on a 2017 Cirrus SR22T which has a 3 pin port?

Yes, this will work for your aircraft.

Does this 24 Volt portable power supply unit have a warranty and if so, for how long? What are the terms of the warranty?

Warranty is 2 years from date of purchase. Keep copy of purchase receipt. Covers manufacturing defects of components and workmanship.

I have a 2017 TTX 240 with G2000 avionics. Everything I read indicates this product should work for updating my data bases. Will it also trickle charge the planes batteries? Thanks Russ

Per the manufacturer this will work for your aircraft with the G2000 avionics and will charge your batteries.

I will buy it for the purpose of powering up avionics in my hangar so that do my training all the avionics. Would it fit 2005 Cirrus SR22 plug in?

Yes, the Cirrus has the Cessna style 3 pin port, which this power supply uses.

Will this work on my Cirrus SR22. 2003 G1?

Yes, the Cirrus is typically outfitted with the 3Pin style Cessna plug receptacle. Please confirm the voltage is correct for your aircraft.

Can this product be used to start and aircraft such as a DA40?

This product is used for a power supply and the charging of batteries, it does not provide a high enough amperage for starting.

Id like to practice with my avionics on the ground. Thinking about purchasing just the Cessna connector and picking 24V off my e-z go electric golf cart. Will this work?

We do not have any data supporting the use of a golf cart to power aircraft avionics.
