Per the supplier: The 4509Q IS halogen, the 4509 is not.

Will the Martek 4509 lamp replace a GE 4509 aircraft landing light?

Yes, Martek 4509 is a direct replacement for the GE 4509 light.

What are the LED replacements for the 4509?

Any PAR 36 LED can replace the 4509 landing light. For example, the Teledyne Alpahbeam (part # 11-08459) or the Whelen Parmetheus Plus (part # 11-12976 / 11-12978) would both be great options.

What is the candle power? How many lumens?

Are these Martek bulbs TSOd?

These bulbs do not have any FAA TSO approval on their own. They meeting specifications for replacement bulbs. Many general aviation aircraft have the bulb approved under the airframe approval and these are viewed as standard replacement parts. Please check with your local aviation authority for confirmation that these bulbs can be installed in your certified aircraft.
