Regarding the Lady J Adapter, I am assuming this does not include the Little John that it is used with?

Correct, this is the adapter for the bottle only. This is to be used with part number 9741 (see accessories). We have updated the website image for the Lady J to be more clear.

Can you use this with a water bottle?

We suppose it could be, but it is designed to be used with the Little John.

Is this like a soft silicone or hard plastic?

It is a semi rigid plastic.
