These are made in Taiwan.

What is the brand of the wrench? Is it accurate? (Because it have a bad review of accuracy from a customer on your website)

The units are made by STORM and we are not aware of any consistent accuracy issues. Any unit can be sent in for warranty evaluation is a problem is found.

What is the warranty on these Drive Torque Wrenches?

1 year from date of purchase against manufacturer defects only. It does not cover abuse or misuse. If the handle is turned down past zero, the warranty is void.
