The A-315 is the firewall mounted version and the A-315-1 is the floor mounted version.

Which ACS A-315 reservoir is the firewall type?

That would be the A-315, our part # 06-00389.

How is the firewall reservoir designed to attach to the firewall. Has it been manufactured with threaded holes in the mounting flange? If so, what size screw?

Yes, there are two 10-32 threaded holes on the flange.

What kind of hose connector does this reservoir have?

It does not have connectors, it has female 1/8npt threads. The customer would have to order the correct AN fittings for their application.
