Fits 3/16" to 5/8" dia. bolts & works on hex head bolts, header bolts, 12-pt countersink & Allen head cap screws. Includes drill bushings & 2 cobalt drills.

Will this safety wire drilling jig accommodate metric hardware?

No, this unit is for standard size bolts, not metric.

Can I drill a hole on the diagonal with this safety wire drilling jig?

This unit is designed to drill a hole in the center of the head. Part number 12-15349 (See Alternate Items) can drill diagonal per the description.

Will this safety wire drilling jig accommodate coarse tread hardware?

The ports are not threaded, so as long as the bolt you have fits the hole, you will be able to insert the bolt and drill the head of the bolt with this jig
