How do I install the probes into the exhaust manifold? I am looking for threaded 1/8inch probes to screw into existing holes.

Are the probes included?

Yes, both kits come with the probes.

What is the difference between the two?

One of the gauges is in Fahrenheit and the other is Celcius. We have a added a Kit Contents column in the ordering grid to see which gauge is included in each.
