Reading the technical tab, says Sensor NOT included. However the In The Box tab, indicates the sensor IS included, and at the listed price, I assume it is. Is the sensor included with this kit or not?

This fuel pressure gauge will include the IM-604 Sensor. The technical tab refers to UMA sensors which this unit will work with but are not included. So yes, it does ship with a sensor but it is also compatible with the UMA sensors.
