Yes, the Insight Gem uses a type K grounded probe.

What size is the clamp on probe # 11-01022?

The clamp included is 1.56"-2.5". A 3.5" clamp can be ordered separately.

How long are the wires on 11-01023 CHT probe? If I need longer what kind of wire should I use?

The wires are about 1ft long. To extend the leads, you will need type k thermocouple wire.
