Are these tachometers mechanical or electric? Are senders available? Are they recording ie is the hour-meter included? What is the face diameter?

PER THE MFG. - Our tachometers are mechanical. Senders are not available. Yes, the hour meter is included. The panel cut out diameter is 2-1/4".
