Is this right angle tach drive (10-05504) capable of reversing the rotation? Like item 10-00815?

10-00815 was a continuous drive rotation just like 10-05504. Yes, it can be flipped just like the old ones. Same process as before.

What does one have to flip to get the right angle drive to reverse direction?

Just flip the output (male threaded end) and the flat cap across from it.

What size are the threads?

5/8-18.
