These axles are solid.

Do I order 2 bolt kits if I ordered 2 axles?

Grove's bolt kits come as a pair. So if you ordered two axles, you will just need 1 bolt kit.

What's the difference between the part # 06-00602 and 06-00919?

06-00602 has a built in 1/4-28 wheel pant stub.

Are these axles certificated?

No, they require a field approval for installation on a certified aircraft.
