What is the thread size of this Matco Brake Bleeder Valve Assembly?

This part has a 1/8" NPT threads.

Does the rubber have a bunch of tiny holes to disburse air out?

The black cover shown in the photo is a dust cover. It is removed and the valve stem is opened 1/2 to 1& = turns to allow flow through the bleeder. When complete, the bleeder is tightened about 30-40 in-lb and the dust cap reinstalled.
