What is the material used to make this wheel cover?

This is a primed aluminum wheel cover.

How is this wheel cover mounted and is the hardware provided?

There are 3 holes for screws in the cover. The wheels should have threaded tabs built into them for the screws. The hardware is not included with the cover.

Can you tell me how deep the cover is?

3/8" at the center.
