Drill Bed Features:

Locking System:
Quick two-step process insures drill cutting lips are in correct orientation for the sharpening operation.
Clamping System:
Drills are held in position and indexed to ensure equal cutting lips for accurate grinding operations every time regardless of drill diameter.
Hand Wheel:
The hand wheel makes advancing the drill bit quick and simple.
Lip Angle Gage:
Ensures that the drill bit is in the correct orientation for properly ground cutting edges. Optimum settings are automatically accomplished when the cutting lip spirals into parallel alignment with the provided gauge.
Boss System:
The operator oscillates the upper grinding mechanism up and down while advancing the drill bit slightly until a uniform cutting angle is produced, indexing the bit to insure uniform cutting edges.
