Will the Model 6000 squeezer be suitable to set the 3/16 rivets in Vans RV-6 wing spars?

The Model 6000 Squeezer (part # 12-03500) will squeeze up to a 3/16" "AD" aliminum rivet. I'm not sure what is in an RV kit, but if it is an AN426AD or AN470AD, this will work.
Also, the supplier advised the Model 3000 Squeezer (part # 12-03400) will do up to an 1/8" aluminum AD rivet and 3/32" steel rivet.

Who manufactures your 12-03400 & 12-03500 Pneumatic Rivet Squeezers? Made in the USA?

These are manufactured by Atlantic Air Tool in the USA.

How is the travel adjusted on this unit and does it accept the standard 3/16 shank sets?

Per Vendor: The squeezer has approximately a 9/16 travel. This travel is non adjustable from the outside of the unit. If you take the back head (AATC#103) off the squeezer body you can replace the #33 nut with a longer nut and that would reduce the travel. The longer the nut the shorter the travel.

If you want to adjust the closed gap of the yoke you need to do this with the length of the rivet sets and hardened shims.

Our tools do accept the 3/16 shank sets.
