Super heavy wall clear polyurethane pulse line has an extra thick 3/16” wall that will not dampen crankcase pulse even on longer runs. Clear one-piece urethane construction is not affected by fuel. Will not harden, crack, or become brittle with age. Can also be used as clear fuel line. Sold by the foot.

Can the Super heavy pulse line part number 15-06094 also be used to replace the oil line from the oil container to the engine on a Rotax 582 with oil injection? If not, what line should I use?

The Super Heavy Pulse line should not be used for the oil system to the rotary valve. The correct hose to use is part number 956-140 and is sold by the meter.

What type of barb fittings and clamps should be used with this super heavy-duty pulse line? The line appears to be impervious to fuel as indicated, but started leaking at the clamps after two years with brass hose barbs and worm gear-style hose clamps.

The supplier does not have a specific clamp or barb fitting recommendation. Worm gear style clamps are commonly used on this hose. Along with brass or plastic barb fittings.

Does the super heavy pulse line resist ethanol?

Per the manufacturer, no it does not.

What is the operating temperature range for this super heavy pulse line?

-80* to +225*F. For each 60*F drop, at room temp, add 50% PSI, & deduct 50% PSI for each 60*F temperature rise at room temp.

Is this line flexible and clear to use as a fuel site gauge with a curve down a instrument panel?

Yes, it is flexible and fuel resistant.
