What are the general dimensions of the in-line without shutoff quick-disconnect fuel line fitting?

The barb ends are 1/4" O.D. for 1/4" I.D. rubber hose. Total length end to end is 2-1/2". Each barb is approx 5/8", and body approx 1-1/4".

What is the maximum panel thickness the threads will allow?

The maximum panel thickness will be about 9/16" for the panel mount fittings.

Does both sides of the inline fitting have a fuel shut off?

Yes both sides will shut off when detached.
