Could P/N: 06-01130 CLEVELAND 199-512 SEAL REPAIR KIT used with DOT3 brake fluid?

It is designed to be used with 5606 or like hydraulic fluid. We could not find any documents to show how well, or if, it can be used with DOT3 brake fluid.
