This pitot-static sump bottle collects moisture in the aircraft’s static system which prevents water damage to panel mounted instruments. Used in many Cessna aircraft. Measures 1.625” dia. x 4.75” long.

Thread size: 7/16-20 for a nylon fitting & 1/8" NPT to the static port.

Per Cessna, one end is 1/8" NPT and the other end is .438-20UNF-3A.

Is this pitot static sump bottle an FAA approved part?

It is approved for use on certified aircraft. An 8130 is included.
