No, this pitot tube is intended for use in experimental aircraft only. It is not FAA Approved.

Does this part number come with a mounting bracket for an RV or is one even needed?

The Falcon pitot tube part number 10-04199 does not come with the mounting bracket. The mounting bracket, part number 10-02276, must be purchased separately.
