Is this material (CLEAR RTV SILICONE SEALANT GASKET) corrosive to aluminum? I need to hold aluminum washers in place to take up a small gap 1/8 inch between aluminum nose skins and nose ribs. I plan to cleco the spacers with silicone and have them stay on location when the clecos are removed and then the skins are riveted.

The packaging says it can be used on metals, and does not have any limitations listed for aluminum.
