Dependent upon the input requirements of the indicator - the unit provides 1 pulse per revolution on 4-cylinder, 2 pole magnetos, which are the most common. The unit provides 3 pulses per 2 revolutions (1.5 pulses per revolution) on 6-cylinder, 2 pole magnetos, which are the most common.
