What is meant by Battery Power 9V? and does it work with a Bose Noise Reduction Headset X as well?

Yes, the ANR on the Bose X will be powered by the batteries in the Bose battery pack. The 9V battery in this adapter is to change from high to low impedance.

I have a General Aviation (2 prong) Bose A20 Headset. Will this work to convert my headset from high impedance to low and let me use my headset in a Blackhawk and Lakota? One is a true Military helicopter and the other is a civilian piece of junk. However they use the same size prong just diffrent impedances.

This will not do both conversions. This adapter, Part # 11-06529, will convert your Bose A20 Dual GA to military low impedance single plug for use in the Blackhawk. To convert from Dual GA to single plug high impedance for GA helicopters like the Lakota, you will also need part # 11-10630.
