I would like to find out where to obtain the male plug for the PTT in.

Per the manufacture they recommend the PA-50 11-07712. This will go inline between the headset and the intercom and the mic/headphone plugs from the intercom will plug directly into the panel. If you want the direct plug in you can try the Sigtronics PTT part number 11-02806.

Does the Pilot USA PA-200T intercom use standard jacks to plug into the panel?

Yes, this intercom is intended for use in aircraft equipped with standard dual GA jacks. It is also intended for use with standard dual GA plug headsets.

Can I plug this into a portable radio GA headset adapter?

Yes, this can be used with a handheld adapter.

Will using a PTT switch override the VOX function?
