The manufacturer does not recommend bending any antennas.

What is the length and width of the base of the Red Tail Airband Straight Antenna?

Approximate dimensions of base: 4.25" length x 1.75" width.

What mounting hardware comes with the antenna, and what additional hardware might I need?

This antenna has two studs attached to it and it comes with a nut to tighten down. You will need the MALE BNC connector for the coax.
