This external GPS antenna is suitable for all Garmin WAAS panel-mount GPS systems with an ARINC 743 footprint. It also serves as a SiriusXM antenna. It provides excellent reception and attaches through the fuselage via screw mount.

Reference the G3X™ installation manual for detailed installation instructions. Antenna connections are dual female TNC out.

What Garmin portable and panel mount GPS units can this be used on?

The Garmin GA 37 antenna is used for the Garmin GTN 650 & 750 GPS/NAV/COM units. This cannot be used for portable GPS units.

Can two GPS receivers share the Garmin GA 37 antenna?

Per Garmin, you can not use two GPS Receivers into the GA 37 or any one GPS WAAS antenna.

Can this aerial be used on Garmin 430W and 530W units ?

Per the manufacturer: Yes this unit, part number 11-05824, is compatible with the 430/530 units.

If I have a GDL 69 (not A). Could I get this antenna for my GNS 530 WAAS upgrade and be able to receive XM radio?

Per Garmin: Yes, the GA 37 (part number 11-05824) will allow you to listen to XM radio through your GNS 530.

Can the Garmin GA 37 antenna receive data for the Garmin 496 both GPS and XM?

No, the GA 37 is not compatible with the Garmin 496. You will need the GA 26C GPS and GXM 42 XM antenna's.

Which WAAS GPS antenna do I need for installing the GTX 345? The GA 35 or GA 37?

The 345 option with GPS comes with the GA 35 WAAS GPS Antenna.

Per the installation manual this antenna cannot be used with the GNS530. The manual recommends 11-18756.
