Does this have one or 2 usb outlets? Is it 2.1 or 2.5 amp power?

This is a receptacle and does not have USB ports. It is a cigarette port. The USB charger will need to be purchased separately.

What gauge wire do you need for this being it's 10 amps on 12-14v aircraft?

16 gauge wire.
