How does this connect to the panel mounted gns 430?

The RS-232 wires can be connected to an open RS-232 port on the GNS 430.

Will the 696/695 or the 796/795 send data to my Trio Pro pilot using the appropriate power data cable?

Yes, both are compatible with the Trio Pro Pilot for RS-232 NMEA interface. For the 795/796, you would use the 11-10044 bare wire aviation mount.
