The Plantronics MS200 (11-07311) is a single side headset with standard dual plugs.

Does the Plantronics MS200 headset have a volume control? What about warranty and return policy? Also, for two plugs you mean two connectors jack for GA, correct?

Yes, this headset has standard dual GA plugs. There is no volume control for the headset. There is a 1 year warranty with Plantronics. Product is included in our standard 30-day return policy.

Can the Plantronics MS200 headset be worn on both the left ear and the right ear?

No, this can only be worn in the right ear.

Is the dual plugs Plantronics compatible with airbus?

Some Airbus are equipped with dual plug input jacks while others are equipped with the 5-pin XLR Airbus style plug. You will need to confirm how your individual aircraft is equipped.

Is the mic boom flexible enough to be comfortably worn under a face mask? Does the mic function well under a face mask? THANKS

It was not designed to be worn under a mask however it is a very low profile boom mic and should work fine under a mask.
